Once you submit your request, you'll receive an immediate confirmation that it has been received To ensure seamless access to your USCIS records, a unique PIN number will be provided by USCIS. This PIN securely connects your specific FOIA request to your USCIS online account. BlueDot will keep you informed throughout the process. We will notify you as soon as the FOIA request status changes. Once completed, you can conveniently log in to your USCIS account to view and download the requested records.
Stay proactive! BlueDot will display the case status live in the notices section of the case. And BlueDot will automatically check the status of your case once it is filed with USCIS. If there is an overnight update to the case status, BlueDot will promptly send you an email notification containing a list of cases with new statuses, as well as the specific details of each new case status.
