Do I need a card to access the sandbox?

No, after the live demo we will provide you with a 10-day trial in our shared Sandbox.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can — we like to have happy clients. Any downgrades or cancellations require only 60 days notice.

How quickly can I get my account set up?

Thanks to our automated setup, once the Web Service Agreement has been signed and the setup fee paid, your account can be up and running in just a few hours.

Can I import data from another software?

Yes. Data import is a one-time service quoted separately from your subscription — see every field we can import, pricing, and timeline.

Is training and support included in the flat fee?

Yes, support is provided via email and phone M-F from 9am to 5pm ET. We also have training videos to get you started or to learn new tips and tricks even if you are a seasoned user.

What if I need more users than the Enterprise plan includes?

Plans stack. If you outgrow the users included in Enterprise, simply add any of our other plans — Per-User, Small Office, Mid Size, or High Volume — on top of it, and those users are added to your account. Combine as many as you need, so you only pay for the capacity you actually add.
